How can we sell this property for so much less than anyone else?

Then, the same day, (or the next business day at the latest), you will receive a Purchase Agreement via email from SignNow. You will be able to electronically "sign" the contract on your phone or computer, and after it is finalized, you will receive a copy via email to print and keep for your records.
Then, we will contact you to make arrangements for the payment of the remaining balance.
